Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform Jonathan Stöcklmayer, SpacePC, Leibnitzstraße 4, 72636 Frickenhausen, Germany, email hello@spacepc.dev, of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory.

It is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they were returned.

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying us. You bear the direct return shipping costs. You are liable for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
