Warranty and statutory defect rights

Goods purchased from SpacePC are covered by the applicable statutory rights in the event of defects.

Statutory defect rights

If delivered goods are defective, you may first request cure under the applicable statutory conditions. Rescission, a price reduction or damages may also be available where the statutory requirements are met.

For new goods, the statutory limitation period for defect claims is generally two years from delivery. Mandatory special statutory rules remain unaffected.

Reporting a defect

Send a description of the defect, your order number and, where possible, photos or error messages to hello@spacepc.dev. Do not return goods postage unpaid or without prior coordination.

Guarantee and statutory rights

An additional voluntary guarantee applies only when expressly stated for the product. It does not restrict your statutory rights.
